The platform operates on a fee-based structure and does not charge recurring monthly membership fees. Access to the platform requires a one-time sign-up fee, which grants users the ability to create an account, access marketplace features, communicate with clients, and receive job opportunities. All sign-up fees are non-refundable.

In addition to the one-time sign-up fee, a service fee is assessed only upon the successful completion of a booked service. Service fees are calculated as a percentage of the total job amount and are automatically deducted at the time of payment processing.

The applicable service fee is determined by the selected plan. Users enrolled in the Basic Plan are subject to a 15% service fee per completed job. Users enrolled in the Business Plus Plan are subject to a 10% service fee per completed job.

Service fees are used to support platform operations, including but not limited to payment processing, marketplace access, platform maintenance, and customer support services. No service fees are charged unless a job is completed and payment is successfully processed through the platform.

All pricing for cleaning services is established directly between the client and the independent cleaning professional. Pricing may vary based on service type, property size, scope of work, add-ons, and promotional offers. The platform does not control or set service pricing and is not responsible for pricing disputes.

Payments are processed securely through the platform. The platform does not guarantee job availability, booking frequency, or income.
