1. Platform Purpose
Our platform connects clients with independent cleaning professionals. We do not provide cleaning services directly and are not an employer, agent, or representative of any cleaner listed on the platform.
All cleaners operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they provide.
2. User Eligibility
By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
3. Booking & Communication
Clients may search, message, request quotes, and book cleaners directly through the platform. All service details, scope of work, scheduling, and pricing are agreed upon between the client and the cleaner.
We are not responsible for disputes related to service expectations, quality, or completion.
4. Pricing & Fees
- Pricing may vary based on service type, property size, add-ons, and specials.
- Final pricing should always be confirmed directly with the cleaner.
Service Fees:
- Basic Plan: 15% service fee per completed job
- Business Plus Plan: 10% service fee per completed job
Sign-up fees are non-refundable.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through the platform. Client payments may be held until the job is completed. Cleaners are paid after service completion in accordance with platform policies.
We do not guarantee earnings, job volume, or income for cleaners.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the cleaner unless otherwise stated. Any disputes regarding cancellations should be addressed directly between the client and the cleaner.
Platform fees are non-refundable.
7. Independent Contractor Status
Cleaners listed on the platform are not employees. They are responsible for:
- Their own taxes
- Insurance (if applicable)
- Licenses and compliance with local laws
- Quality and completion of services
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Engage in illegal activity
- Misrepresent services or qualifications
- Circumvent platform payments
- Harass or abuse other users
Violation may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Service dissatisfaction
- Lost or stolen items
Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
10. Third-Party Platforms
We partner with Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms for cleaning service support. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
