Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by LNC Cleaning.

Important Notice: Once the cleaner has been assigned and payment has been processed to the cleaner, LNC Cleaning holds no responsibility for refunds or disputes.

1. Service Booking

  • All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Clients must provide correct service details before booking.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may only be considered before the cleaner is assigned.
  • Once cleaning service has started, no refund will be issued.
  • If a booking is cancelled before assignment, partial or full refund may be reviewed.

3. After Cleaner Assignment

Once a cleaner has been assigned or payment has been released to the cleaner, the service is considered active and non-refundable.

4. No Responsibility Clause

After payment is transferred to the cleaner or service provider, LNC Cleaning is not responsible for any refund claims, disputes, or service dissatisfaction.

5. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made before cleaner dispatch.
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
